To be eligible to receive a share of the Net Settlement Fund in connection with the U.S. Settlement of this Action, you must be a U.S. Settlement Class Member and complete and sign a U.S. Claim Form and submit it online, by email, or by mail so it is submitted online or postmarked no later than April 25, 2025. Failure to submit your U.S. Claim Form by the date specified will subject your claim to rejection and may preclude you from being eligible to recover any money in connection with the U.S. Settlement.

Note: This online form is specific to the U.S. Settlement that was reached regarding ReconAfrica U.S. stock that was purchased or acquired on the U.S. OTC market. If you purchased or acquired ReconAfrica securities on the TSXV or Frankfurt markets and would like to file a claim in the Canadian Settlement, visit www.bergermontague.ca/cases/reconnaissance-energy-africa-ltd.
